While Stretch & Flex® aim to provide good looking, convenient products catering to the horses needs is the optimum goal. Whilst comfort and ease of application is essential, it is important to have some support during strenuous exercise or when training new movements on young horses. Stretch & Flex® products, particularly the training wraps and newly designed bandages provide good support for horses' legs during exercise. The breathable materials used provide a constant pressure upon the leg and fetlock, supporting vital tendons and ligaments. This support and light protection shields this vulnerable area from concussion and impacts. The correct application is essential; if bandages and even wraps are not applied correctly they can cause much discomfort, can restrict blood flow and potentially damage tendons and other tissue.
